Baelor Targaryen may refer to:
- King Baelor Targaryen, commonly remembered as "Baelor the Blessed". Son of Aegon III Targaryen and brother of Daeron I Targaryen. Since he died without issue, the throne passed to his uncle, Viserys II Targaryen.
- Prince Baelor Targaryen, commonly remembered as "Baelor Breakspear". Eldest son and heir of Daeron II Targaryen, whose father and predecessor, Aegon IV Targaryen, was a first cousin of Daeron I and Baelor the Blessed. Baelor Breakspear met an untimely death at the hands of his youngest brother, Maekar Targaryen, while fighting in the Trial by Seven of Duncan the Tall. As a result, the throne passed to his brother Aerys I Targaryen, who died without issue, and later Maekar himself, who was actually the fourth son. Prince Rhaegel, Baelor's second younger brother, either predeceased Aerys and Maekar or was skipped over because he had succumbed to the madness that plagued many members of their family, including Baelor the Blessed, due to multiple generations of compound inbreeding, even though their father broke with that tradition when he married their mother, Myriah Martell. Had he lived, Baelor Breakspear would have ascended the throne as "Baelor II".
