Daenerys' bloodriders are Aggo, Jhogo and Rakharo. So far in the books they are all alive and well.
In the books, after Khal Drogo dies and Daenerys hatches her dragons, her three bloodriders are Jhogo (who is skilled with a whip), Aggo (who is skilled with a bow), and Rakharo (who is skilled with a sword). The TV series combined and moved around these characters. The TV version of Rakharo seems to be based on Jhogo, due to his proficiency with a whip. Further, neither Rakharo nor Jhago are killed in the aftermath of Khal Drogo' death, as Rakharo is in the TV series.

History

Season 1

Qotho, Cohollo, and Haggo serve as Drogo's bloodriders.[1]

Season 2

Daenerys sends her three bloodriders, Rakharo, Kovarro, and Aggo to ride away until they find a city or the sea.[2]

In the books

In the A Song of Ice and Fire novels, the title of bloodrider carries great prestige within a khalasar. Bloodriders seat next to the Khal in feasts and ceremonies. They may also share the Khal's wife, but never his horse. A bloodrider may also be a ko, commanding a subdivision of the khalasar.

If a khal is killed, bloodriders are expected to avenge him. Once done, their last service is to escort the Khaleesi to Vaes Dothrak to join the Dosh khaleen. Then they are to join the khal in death.

Daenerys' bloodriders are Aggo, Jhogo and Rakharo. So far in the books they are all alive and well.
