Cheese is a servant in the Red Keep during the Dance of the Dragons.
Behind the scenes[]
Cheese is codenamed "Charlie C" in casting calls.[2] In April 2023, Redanian Intelligence confirmed that Mark Stobbart had been cast as Cheese and that he was expected to work on the second season until September 2023.[3]
In the books[]
In Fire & Blood, "Cheese" was a rat catcher in the Red Keep familiar with the secret passages and doors that King Maegor Targaryen ordered built during his years of rule.
