History
Season 2
When Daenerys Targaryen and her khalasar arrive the gates of Qarth, a cadre of Civic Guards appear before them to protect the Thirteen.[1]
The members of the Civic Guard guarding the manse of Xaro Xhoan Daxos are murdered during the robbery of Daenerys' dragons.[2]
In the books
In the A Song of Ice and Fire novels, the Civic Guard is commanded by the Pureborn of Qarth. It includes some camelry and works in partnership with the Pureborn fleet
