Daniel Minahan is an American director. He has worked on the HBO series True Blood, John From Cincinnati, Deadwood and Six Feet Under, as well as Grey's Anatomy and The L Word.

For Game of Thrones Minahan directed episodes 6, 7 and 8 of the first season. He returned for the third season and helmed the season premiere "Valar Dohaeris" and the second episode "Dark Wings, Dark Words."^[1]
