Dave Hill (born 25 July 1979) is an American scriptwriter.
Since 2012, Dave Hill has been credited as assistant for co-executive producers David Benioff and Dan Weiss for Seasons 2, 3 and 4. In 2013, Hill was hired by Warner Bros to co-write a script for a new film project based on the Merlin myth.[1]
In 2014, Hill was assigned to write an episode for Season 5, alongside David Benioff, Dan Weiss, and Bryan Cogman.[2]
In August 2014, a report in Variety explained how Hill was promoted to an episode writer in Season 5:
