Philip Philmar is a British actor. In Game of Thrones he played an elder slave of Meereen. His other roles include a SPECTRE agent in No Time to Die, an asylum inmate in The Wolfman and Mr. Fogg in Sweeney Todd; in regard to the latter role, Philmar is a frequent collaborator of director Tim Burton. In addition to onscreen acting, Philmar is also a prolific poet and voice actor.
