I recently finished watching season 3 of GOT and have certain questions i wish to ask your opinions on regarding Theon Greyjoy. Personally i was very angered at Theon for betraying Robb and thought i could never forgive him for his treachery but now i'm not so sure after the torture etc.
My question is : Do you think Theon deserves a second chance from the Starks etc. if afterwards he seeked forgiveness from the Bran or somebody or do you think he has to be punished for his treachery?
- I suppose most people would have disliked Theon for attacking Winterfell. I would speculate that whether or not Theon deserves some type of forgiveness really depends upon how much pity one has for his torture. As we get to better know the characters, it is getting hard to tell the good guys from the bad guys. I cite Jaime, The Hound, Theon, Lord Frey, and others. If I put on my Westeros mind set, I say no forgiveness for Theon. showing mercy is a weakness that can get you killed. The Mountain That Talks (talk) 13:18, June 24, 2013 (UTC)
