- Ser Arryk Cargyll, a knight of the Kingsguard of Viserys I Targaryen and Aegon II Targaryen
- Ser Erryk Cargyll, Arryk's twin brother, also a knight of the Kingsguard of Viserys I Targaryen and Rhaenyra Targaryen.
In the books[]
In the A Song of Ice and Fire novels, House Cargyll is extinct. However, their sigil is mentioned in The Hedge Knight, as a member of the house participates in the Ashford Tourney.
