In the books
In the A Song of Ice and Fire novels, House Poole is a lesser house in service of House Stark of Winterfell. Their sigil is a blue plate on white, with a grey tressure. No mention is made in the books of Jeyne having four sisters, which is stated in the TV series, though the books never said Jeyne was an only child.
