House Waynwood[1][a] of Ironoaks is a vassal house which holds fealty to House Arryn of the Vale. It is one of the major houses of Vale of Arryn, its head is the widowed Lady Anya Waynwood.
House Waynwood's heraldry consists of a black broken wheel on green.

In the books[]
In the A Song of Ice and Fire novels, the Waynwoods are powerful vassals of House Arryn. Their seat is the castle of Ironoaks, east of the Eyrie on the coast of the Narrow Sea. They are known for their insistence on ceremony.
The members of House Waynwood at the time of the novels are:
- Lady Anya Waynwood, Lady of Ironoaks. An elderly woman.
- Ser Morton Waynwood, her eldest son and heir.
- Ser Roland Waynwood, Ser Morton's son and Lady Anya's grandson.
- Ser Donnel Waynwood, her second son. Knight of the Gate.
- Wallace Waynwood, her youngest son.
- Ser Morton Waynwood, her eldest son and heir.
With unspecified familial relationship to the main branch there are also:
- Carolei Waynwood, married to Ser Geremy Frey.
- {Marsella Waynwood}, the third wife of Ser Stevron Frey. Died in childbirth
