Laura Pradelska is a German actress, born and raised in Frankfurt, Germany. After several years in Los Angeles, she relocated to London in 2005 to join the Drama Centre. Since graduating in 2008 she has had several notable roles as an actor and voice-over artist. She has been acclaimed for her one-woman performances of an older play, The Stronger, and a new work, Still Life at the Sushi Bar. She played the role of Surly in a staging of The Alchemist which won a Time Out critics' choice award. She will be appearing in an upcoming episode of Doctor Who as a character called 'Greta'.

In Game of Thrones, Pradelska is playing the role of Quaithe. She revealed via Twitter she had been cast in the role on 19 August 2011.^[1] She joined the cast as a guest star in the second season.
