Nicholas Blane is a British actor. He has had several recurring roles in British drama series such as Coronation Street, Little Dorrit, Cracker (which also featured Clive Russell, Liam Cunningham, Ron Donachie and Colin Tierney, husband of Indira Varma) and Trial and Retribution. On film he has appeared in Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix and The Illusionist.

In Game of Thrones he is playing the role of the Spice King. He was confirmed in the role on 7 October 2011.[1] He joined the cast as a guest star in the second season.
