Noah Taylor is an English-born Australian actor. He has appeared in a number of well-known films including Almost Famous, Vanilla Sky, Lara Croft: Tomb Raider, The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory and Lawless.
In Game of Thrones, he is playing Locke, a renamed version of the popular character of Vargo Hoat from the Song of Ice and Fire novels. He joined the cast as a guest star in the third season.
