Robert Pugh (born 11 October 1950) is a Welsh actor. Pugh is known for his roles in The Ghost Writer (with David Rintoul), Robin Hood (with Mark Addy and Max von Sydow) and Master and Commander: The Far Side of the World, as well as numerous other TV and film credits.
He appeared in an episode of the British crime drama Agatha Christie's Poirot alongside future Game of Thrones cast member Alexander Siddig.
In Game of Thrones he plays Craster, the master of Craster's Keep, a sordid place beyond the Wall. He was confirmed in the role on August 10, 2011.[1] He joined the cast as a guest star in the second season, and he remained a guest star in the third season.
