Skane is an island in the North. It is located off the north-eastern coast of Westeros, in the Bay of Seals. It is located to the north of its larger sister island, Skagos.[1][2]

In the A Song of Ice and Fire novels, Skane is noted as being uninhabited. Skane was raided long ago by the Skagosi, with its inhabitants supposedly killed and eaten.
