Spelling[]
I was using "Gods Eye" because that's what AWOIAF calls it. But I have no idea why it uses that spelling; I have to find it in a book chapter, but the maps are inconsistent: the first map from A Game of Thrones refers to it as "God's Eye", but the next four books print it as "Gods Eye". HOWEVER, the map from Lands of Ice and Fire gives it as "God's Eye". Which is it? "Gods Eye" feels wrong.--The Dragon Demands (talk) 03:25, December 21, 2012 (UTC)

I've noticed that on the top that goes along with this article, the God's Eye is a circular lake with an island in the middle. In the map from the opening sequence, it's an oxbow lake. TheUnknown285 (talk) 16:39, June 1, 2014 (UTC)
