- I am fine with her, she is mostly there to show us aspects of characters we don't see in the books, because no point of view character is around. For example when we see her still in Winterfell it shows us that Theon is horny guy (which we get in the books mostly in his thoughts in Clash of Kings) and that Tyrion is no stranger to whores, and so showing us what there characters are, same goes for the scene with Littlefinger latter in the season or even in the finale when we see get to see Pycelle acting not so fragile after she has left, which should tell us that he plays the weak old man so that he appears like he is no threat to anybody.
