Tommy is a minor character in Game of Thrones. He is played by Tommy Dunne and only appears in the first episode of the first season.
Tommy is the barber at Winterfell.
Season 1
Tommy attends to the grooming of Robb Stark, Theon Greyjoy and Jon Snow before the king's arrival at Winterfell. He cuts Jon's hair, to Theon and Robb's amusement[1].

Tommy does not appear in the Song of Ice and Fire novels.
