Now, I'm not sure if HBO will make seasons for every book until it's finished entirely, but if that is the case, with the books being released 4-6 years apart from one another, the TV series, if they continue to write seasons for every book, the entire universe of A Song of Ice and Fire, including the TV Show, may very well not be finished until 2025/2026, unless of course George decides to release both books within the decade, in which it will still be about a decade of a Game of Thrones, with years of waiting. This ails me. It's torturous. I don't think I'll be able to hold out that long. No, I've not read the books. I'm currently reading them as the TV series covers them. I find that visual media is more entertaining, and allows for a deeper sense of realism than the books can provide, despite the fact that they are, of course, more in depth, character-wise, etc.

Now, just as a side note, in my opinion these two look shockingly similar. Although, the White Walker appears to be thousands of years older, with a wider jaw/thicker brow. But perhaps that's because he's dead.

What are your thoughts on this, and the fact that we're in for a long run?

Admin note: Benjen Stark is played by Joseph Mawle and this White Walker is played by Ross Mullan.--Opark 77 17:44, June 13, 2012 (UTC)
