While it does fit most major characters onto one page, a non-hierarchical character web like this can also be confusing. Contrast with hierarchical trees explaining each faction.
Also this web is only really up to date through Season 2.
Does not display Rhaegar Targaryen or Lyanna Stark - dead characters whose influence is still felt on the storyline. Or Benjen Stark.
Also no Martells - you link the Martells by showing Rhaegar's marriage to Elia.
None of the major wildling characters are present, particularly Ygritte who would be linked to Jon Snow (and also Mance and Tormund).
Olenna Tyrell not present because she arrives in Season 3. Similarly, Stannis's wife Selyse and only child Shireen are also absent. Ramsay Snow similarly absent, and Rickard Karstark isn't included with the other Stark bannermen along with Roose and Greatjon Umber, despite Karstark appearing in Season 2.
Edmure and Brynden Tully are also absent.
This image was only made in Season 2. It is not up to date through Season 3. It also leaves out major characters who were actually in Season 2, such as Ygritte.
The design is also focused more on cramming everyone onto one page than displaying them clearly.
