The Weeping Water is a river in the North. It runs past the Dreadfort and through the lands of House Bolton into the Narrow Sea.[1]
History
Season 4
Yara Greyjoy sails from Pyke to lead an assault on the Dreadfort to rescue her captured brother Theon. She and her crew paddle up the Weeping Water.[2]
In the books
In the A Song of Ice and Fire novels, Ramsay Snow was raised by his mother at a mill along the Weeping Water up river from the Dreadfort.
