Will Champion (born 31 July 1978) is a British musician. Since 1997 he has been the drummer (and occasional guitarist, bassist, keyboard player and singer) in the band Coldplay.
On 6 November 2012 it was announced that Champion would have a cameo appearance in the third season of Game of Thrones. It was confirmed that his character would also be a drummer[1].
